Getting into the Venue
The Prince of Wales Theatre main entrance is situated on Coventry Street. There is level access into the foyer through double doors. Step-free access is available from foyer to Stalls and a customer lift to reach all other sections of the theatre. Drop-off bays are located directly outside of the theatre entrance.
Customer Assistance
An Access Host is available to assist access patrons on their visits to the theatre. Patrons with access needs should make themselves known to staff on arrival.Transfers are available and wheelchair users are not required to bring a companion, as staff will assist with navigation and transfers. Wheelchairs can be stored for the duration of the performance.
How to Book
For those who require special assistance or wish to book wheelchair spaces, it is important to book in advance and notify the theatre of any special requirements. Section Accessibility
Stalls
The Stalls are accessible step-free from the main foyer. There are 3 wheelchair spaces at the rear of the Stalls, with room for companions to be seated in adjacent seats. Alternatively, transfers are available into the aisle seats in Row A and seats C37 and 38, which are also step free.
Extra legroom can be found in aisle seats and Row J of the Stalls.
Circle
The Circle can be accessed via 70 steps up from the foyer. Alternatively, it can be accessed via the customer lift, however access patrons should be aware that there are no wheelchair spaces in this section. This section is not recommended for those with limited mobility.
