Who is Nassim Soleimanpour?
Nassim Soleimanpour is an Iranian playwright who, at the time of writing White Rabbit Red Rabbit, was not allowed to leave his home country. Delving deep into themes of censorship and freedom of expression, his one-act sensation has amplified his voice across the world. The show previously opened at London's Gate Theatre and on Broadway, with reviewers calling it a “contemporary masterpiece” (The Guardian) and “one of the most fascinating and unmissable experiences in the theater” (The Huffington Post). Even more brilliant was the decision to let audiences leave their phones on during the show's premiere. With Soleimanpour's email address shared, they could send him photos and comments about his work.

I didn’t know what to expect from this show, but was happily entertained. So different from anything I’d seen before. I really don’t want to say any more as it's the not knowing what to expect that makes this so unique and enjoyable. Really enjoyed i Read more

A very different and thought provoking theatre experience more than a play with some potentially triggering content but also lots of audience participation and laughs. Saw it with Ralf Little who was fantastic.
