What is the play All Out: Comedy About Ambition about?
If you caught the “comic brilliance” (Deadline) of last year's hit All In: Comedy About Love, you know exactly how this works. If you dont, don't worry - we’ve got you. A rotating cast of three to four performers perform staged readings of laugh-out-loud stories, all circling a central theme. For All In, this was love in all its forms, for All Out, things get competitive, as each story tackles the subject of ambition, and the lengths we go to “make it”. Expect explorations of ego, greed, jealousy and what makes New Yorkers so uniquely… New Yorkers. Accompanied by live music from pop-soul band Lawrence, the rotating cast means each performance offers something fresh, exciting and new.
