About Elf The Musical

Cast and Creative Team

Grey Henson stars as Buddy in Elf on Broadway, bringing boundless energy and infectious joy to the stage. Henson’s credits include a Tony Award-nominated performance as Damian in Mean Girls and a hilarious Elder McKinley in The Book of Mormon.

The musical has a book by Thomas Meehan and Bob Martin, which keeps the magic of the film alive with a few extra surprises; music and lyrics by Matthew Sklar and Chad Beguelin (The Prom; The Wedding Singer); and set design by Tim Goodchild.
