Getting into the Venue
Entry to the Golden Theatre is step-free from 252 West 45th Street, and accessible seating in the Orchestra can be reached easily. Wheelchair, transfer and companion seats are available at every performance in the Orchestra, and all rows are step-free. The Mezzanine is a further three flights of stairs (28 steps) up, with handrails along both sides of the aisles and entrance behind row D. There are some transfer seats with folding armrests in this section.There are no elevators or escalators at this venue, and patrons with limited mobility should take care when booking seats in the Mezzanine.
Customer Assistance
Please be advised that staff may be unable to assist with steps into or inside the venue. It is therefore advisable to bring a companion to the performance.All restrooms at the Golden Theatre are located down two flights of stairs (19 steps) from the main level. Patrons using wheelchairs or with limited mobility are able to use the accessible restroom at the nearby Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre.
There is a coat check at the Golden Theatre, although strollers and furs are not accepted. At-seat service for refreshments is also available.

Orchestra
The Golden Theatre Orchestra is entirely step-free for all patrons. There are five wheelchair spaces in rows E and O, and a further five transfer seats with folding armrests in rows K, L and O.
Companion seats for patrons using accessible seating are also available.
Front Mezzanine
The Front Mezzanine is only accessible up three flights of stairs (28 steps). Entry is behind row D, with a further two steps down to each row. Every row with steps has a handrail to further aid patrons.
Two transfer seats with folding armrests are located in the Front Mezzanine, although patrons with limited mobility should exercise caution when booking.
Please be aware that the Front Mezzanine is not wheelchair accessible.
Rear Mezzanine
The Rear Mezzanine is only accessible up three flights of stairs (28 steps). Entry is behind row D, with a further two steps up to each row. Every row with steps has a handrail to further aid patrons.
Two transfer seats with folding armrests are located in the Rear Mezzanine, although patrons with limited mobility should exercise caution when booking.
