Getting into the Venue

Stage 42 has a step-free entrance into the ground level, with elevator and escalator access up to the theater level. The auditorium has just one area of seating, the Orchestra, with steps between each row. There are handrails available on every stepped row. 

Wheelchair spaces are step-free in rows G and S, with companion seats next to or in front. Aisle seats with folding armrests can be found in rows A, B, D, F and S, with a companion seat adjacent.

Customer Assistance

Inside Stage 42, the lobby and box office is wheelchair accessible, and theater staff are available to assist with moving through the building and directing you to your seats.

Coat check is available at this venue, and there are wheelchair accessible restrooms on the ground floor level.

Assisted listening and hearing Loop technology is available at this venue with a driver’s license or ID with address required as a deposit. Reservations are not necessary but if you would like to place a reservation, call 212-757-5679 ext 110. 

A bar and merchandise stands are on the theater level at Stage 42; staff are available to assist with ordering.
