Following a haphazard amateur dramatics society as they scramble their way through a murder mystery, the new comedy plays at the Lyceum Theatre. It’s opening night for Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society’s latest production, The Murder at Haversham Manor. The original West End cast of The Play That Goes Wrong cross the Atlantic for their Broadway debuts, including Mischief Theatre Company founders and writers Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer and Henry Shields. The show is directed by Mark Bell, with set design by Nigel Hook and original music by Rob Falconer. Mischief Theatre Company is the brainchild of Lewis, Sayer and Shields during their time at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, and The Play That Goes Wrong is their first production.
