Torquay Theatre Shows

Situated in Devon, Torquay is one of England’s most popular seaside towns and has a coastline so beautiful that it has been dubbed the English Riviera. It is the birthplace and home of world-famous crime novelist Agatha Christie, and has inspired its fair share of drama and comedy - for example, the real Basil Fawlty ran the Gleneagles Hotel in the ‘60s and ‘70s. Fans of theatre in Torquay can also find plenty of entertainment in and around the town. Local am-dram company TOADS are in residence at the Little Theatre, whilst the Princess Theatre hosts some of the UK’s top touring musicals, live music, drama, and comedy.
