Getting into the VenueStep free access to the venue is provided via an access ramp at the front entrance, or two steps from the street. Access to the Stalls from the entrance foyer and bar area is step free. Two accessible viewing platforms are available in the Stalls, on either side of the auditorium. Each can accommodate four wheelchair users and four personal assistants. There is no access seating or step-free access to the Circle level.
Customer AssistanceOn performance evenings, staff will be available to assist access patrons when required. It is advisable that anybody in need of assistance arrives at the venue 15 minutes prior to when the doors open and make themselves known to the Box Office.

The stalls have step-free access from the foyer, with a ramp at the back of the auditorium leading to the access viewing platforms. These are located in line with Row X, approximately 30 metres from the stage at their furthest point.
Accessible toilets are located at the rear of the auditorium, near the access ramp. This toilet is fitted with a RADAR lock. If you do not have a RADAR key, there will be a staff member assigned to the access ramps who has a key and can help you.
There is no step-free access to the Circle, which does not offer any accessible seating. This section is not recommended for patrons with limited mobility.
