Getting into the Venue
Step free access to the venue is provided via an access ramp at the front entrance, or two steps from the street. Access to the Stalls from the entrance foyer and bar area is step free. Two accessible viewing platforms are available in the Stalls, on either side of the auditorium. Each can accommodate four wheelchair users and four personal assistants.
There is no access seating or step-free access to the Circle level.
Customer Assistance
On performance evenings, staff will be available to assist access patrons when required. It is advisable that anybody in need of assistance arrives at the venue 15 minutes prior to when the doors open and make themselves known to the Box Office.
