LocationThe Eventim Apollo is one of the dominant features of the Hammersmith skyline, located on Queen Caroline Street, near the Hammersmith Flyover. The venue is across the road from the Hammersmith Broadway Shopping Centre, which serves as the site of several tube stations and bus stops.
Many shops, eateries and pub can be found in and around the shopping centre, as well as along the Thames Path on the north bank of the Thames a short walk away.
RailThe nearest rail station is Kensington Olympia, which is approximately 21 minutes walk or a 15-20 minute bus-ride away. A taxi from Kensington Olympia station should take approximately 7 minutes to get to the Eventim Apollo.
TubeThere are two main entrances/exits to Hammersmith Station. One is located in the Hammersmith Broadway Shopping Centre and serves the Piccadilly and District lines. The other is across the road from the northern side of the shopping centre and serves the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines.
To get to the venue from either exit, take a short walk South along the A219 and you will clearly see the Apollo under the Hammersmith Flyover.
BusThe Hammersmith Broadway Shopping Centre acts as a large hub for many London bus-routes. Busses that stop there are 9, 10, 27, 33, 419, 72, H91, 190, 211, 220, 267, 283, 295 and 391. From these bus stops, the Apollo is approximately five-minutes walk away.
CarThe Eventim Apollo does not offer any parking spaces and parking in the surrounding area is extremely limited. Eventim’s official site also warns that there are high levels of theft from cars in the area and do not recommend parking on the street in the vicinity.
The nearest secure parking is available at Hotel Novotel London West, located very close to the venue on the corner of Talgarth Road and Shortlands. This under cover facility has a capacity of 240 car parking spaces and charged £1.50 per hour to residents of the hotel, or £3.50 per hour to non-residents.
