Getting into the Venue
The Phoenix Theatre main entrance is situated on Charing Cross Road and there is level access into the venue through double doors. A drop-off point is available outside the theatre. An alternative level access entrance is available on Flitcroft Street, leading directly to the Dress Circle.
All sections of the theatre must be accessed via steps as there is no customer lift.
Customer Assistance
Those who wish to use the alternative entrance on Flitcroft Street must notify Front of House staff on arrival. Staff are on hand to assist with navigation throughout the theatre.
Transfers are available to the front row of the Dress Circle. Those wishing to transfer must bring a companion. Wheelchairs can be stored for the duration of the performance. An at-seat service is available for patrons who are unable to access the bars.
How to Book
For those who require special assistance or wish to book wheelchair spaces, it is important to book in advance and notify the theatre of any special requirements. Access patrons and companions will receive significant discounts for performances.

Dress Circle
Transfers are available to A28 and A27, with room for companions in adjacent seating. There is 1 wheelchair space in Box C, which is not suitable for large electric wheelchairs.
