Getting into the Venue

There is step-free access into Wembley Park Theatre and the ground floor level of the auditorium is fully accessible.

There is a wheelchair space with an adjacent companion seat in the front row of Brooklyn and a further four wheelchair positions in the Woodside section of the theatre. These all offer great, uninterrupted views of the stage with Brooklyn head-on and Woodside on the side.

Customer Assistance

Staff at Wembley Park Theatre will be on hand to assist patrons as they move through the building. If you require assistance, it is recommended that you arrive in plenty of time to ensure a smooth entry.

The foyer, bar, toilets and auditorium are accessible for wheelchair patrons. There are accessible toilets located at the rear of the foyer, consisting of two cubicles.

How to Book

Patrons with specific access requirements should contact access@kxtickets.com to buy access tickets at concession prices. Discounts are available for both access and companion tickets.

Try to book in advance and notify the box office team of any special assistance required. Wembley Park Theatre is planning to hold accessible and relaxed performances in the near future.
