Getting into the Venue

The Palace Theatre entrance is located on the street level of Broadway and 47th Street with 47-50 Rockefeller Central and 49 Street stations only a short walk away. Representatives from the theater will meet any guests with disabilities in the lobby to escort them to their designated seats. Animals are not permitted into the theater, however, an exception is made for guide dogs and service animals. You’ll need to contact the theater directly before arriving to make them aware that a service animal will be attending the performance.

Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located on floors 2 through 6.

For d/Deaf and hard of hearing patrons the theater offers headsets for sound augmentation free of charge. They do require photo identification as a deposit, so ensure you’re equipped before arriving.
