The Conversation follows Marcus and Elle as they ignite a spark on their first date and embark on every milestone, high, and low of their relationship together. The new musical making its debut this fall will showcase the joys, challenges, and compromises that two people undergo to live a life together. Joshua Henry plays the role of Marcus. Recently awarded a Tony Award for Best Leading Actor in a Musical for his performance in Ragtime, he has also starred in the 2018 revival of Carousel, The Scottsboro Boys and the national tour of Hamilton. Joshua Henry also starred as Roger Bart in the tick, tick...Boom! movie musical starring Andrew Garfield and directed by Lin-Manuel Miranda.
Julia Harriman stars as Elle. She starred in the national tour of Hamilton but is best known for her work on High School Musical 3: Senior Year, Malcolm in the Middle and Camp Rock.

Joshua Henry and Julia Harriman conceived and co-wrote the show alongside Dora Award winner Nick Green, whose credits include Uncovered, Casey and Diana, and Body Politic. The Conversation is directed by Tony Award winner Kenny Leon.
