Getting into the Venue

The main entrance to the Criterion Theatre foyer is located in Piccadilly Circus. Step-free access is available upon request via an alternative wheelchair entrance, which is next to the Stage Door on Jermyn Street, behind the theatre. A drop-off point is available directly opposite the accessible entrance.

Once inside the theatre, there is a slight slope down to the Upper Circle, where two wheelchair spaces are available in Row C, seats C10 - C15. Other sections, including the bars, are only accessible via stairs as the Criterion Theatre has no customer lift.

Customer Assistance

Staff are on hand to assist with navigation and any special requirements. For those who wish to transfer, it is recommended that a companion is brought.

The Criterion now offers a click and collect service where patrons can order drinks and snacks from their phone and either a staff member or their companion can collect their items to the bar and bring them to the patron's seat.

How to Book
