RailThe nearest train stations are Victoria and Paddington, both around 30 minutes walk away from the Royal Albert Hall. Visitors coming into either of these stations can transfer to the London underground or local buses to reach the venue in less time.
TubeSouth Kensington underground station is around 10 minutes away on foot. After exiting the station, turn onto Exhibition Road and follow it towards Kensington Gardens. The Royal Albert Hall will be clearly visible on your left as you approach the park.
Alternatively, Kensington High Street station is also a 10 to 15 minutes walk away. To reach the venue, walk north-east along the High Street towards Kensington Gardens.
The closest step-free underground station is Green Park, and visitors can take the number 9 bus to the Royal Albert Hall from here.
BusLots of bus routes, including the 9/N9, 23, 52/N52, 452 and 702 stop at Kensington Gore, just outside the Hall. Alternatively, visitors can catch the 70 to Queen's Gate, which is also just across the road.
CarThere are strict parking controls on public roads in the area, with visitors advised to double-check parking signs carefully. The Royal Albert Hall offers parking spaces at Imperial College car park, 5 minutes walk away, which must be pre-booked and cost £10.20.
