    Aladdin on Broadway Tickets

Journey on a magic carpet into Disney's sensational, jaw-dropping musical, inspired by the world of Arabian Nights. Best for age 8+.

Casey Nicholaw’s smash-hit musical Aladdin flew onto Broadway in 2014 after a series of spectacular regional premieres in the US. Full of unforgettable comedy, beauty and vibrant set pieces, this adaptation of the classic Disney movie follows in the footsteps of the multi award-winning The Lion King. Nominated for five Tony Awards including Best Musical, Disney’s Aladdin currently plays at the New Amsterdam Theatre.

Based on the 1992 animated movie of the same name, Aladdin tells the story of a young street urchin who steals to live. When he stumbles across a magic lamp and releases the Genie, Aladdin suddenly has the chance to make all his dreams come true. With three wishes at his disposal, a whole new world is opened up and the possibilities are infinite.

Michael Maliakel currently stars as Aladdin, alongside joined by Michael James Scott (The Book of Mormon, Something Rotten!) as the Genie, Sonya Balsara as Jasmine and Dennis Stowe as Jafar.

Disney’s Aladdin features a book by four-time Tony nominee Chad Beguelin, whose musical The Prom is currently playing at the Longacre Theatre. Academy Award-winning composer Alan Menken (Beauty and the Beast) and lyricists Howard Ashman and Tim Rice bring the fantastically memorable soundtrack to the stage, including “Prince Ali” and “A Whole New World”, alongside some dazzling new additions that were cut from the movie.

The musical is directed and choreographed by Casey Nicholaw (The Prom, Mean Girls) with stunning set design from Bob Crowley bringing the world of the Arabian Nights to life.

Sweeping audiences into an enchanting adventure, Disney’s Aladdin the musical is an incomparable and entirely magical theatrical event.

    Tickets FAQ

How much are Aladdin Broadway tickets?

Tickets start at around $87 and rise to approximately $213, depending on performance dates and availability.

What are the most expensive tickets for Aladdin on Broadway?

Sit in Center Orchestra rows B-E for premium seats, which cost around $213. Seats like B108 are the very best in the house, and incredibly close to the stage so you have an eye-popping view of the magic as Aladdin and Jasmine soar overhead on their magic carpet.

Center Mezzanine rows AA-DD are also premium, starting at around $157. One theatergoer sitting in DD107 was full of praise, rating the view 5 stars and commenting, “straight in the middle, perfect view”. From this level you can enjoy an overall look at the dazzling set design and effects.

How can I get cheap tickets for Aladdin on Broadway?

Off-peak dates are cheaper than popular periods like summer break for this show, so it is well worth looking a few months ahead for cheaper seats and more availability. If you want to see this show sooner, consider a weekday over a weekend to save a few dollars on each price band.

For a good deal, check reviews for seats at the sides of sections over seats in the center. Side Orchestra rows A-K are up to 35% cheaper than Center Orchestra seats, and you can get some good value tickets in this area. From G18 , just three seats in from the end of the row, the view is “very clear” and “only slightly restricted”, whilst K26 is rated 4 stars for its view. You may miss some parts of the performance, but these are worth consideration if you want to sit in the Orchestra for less.
