Stalls Guide
The Stalls are split into three large seating blocks by two vertical aisles that run the length of the auditorium, giving easy access to all rows via a gentle slope. Rows stretch from AA to T, offering a variety of views. With a seating capacity of just over 600, the Stalls is the largest section in the venue, with rows reaching up to 35 seats from Row H onward.
The Dress Circle overhang kicks in around halfway at Row G, but barely affects rows at the rear. A gentle rake ensures that audience members do not block the view, however this levels out toward the rear of the Stalls. Rows do not curve around the stage, which can cause some seats at the ends of rows to be slightly restricted by the stage’s proscenium arch.
Wheelchair spaces are located at the rear of the theatre in Row T and at either end of Row D and E, all with room for a companion. Views are generally good throughout this section, with no severe restrictions.
Bars
The Piano Bar is available on the Stalls level, accessible from the main foyer via steps. An at-seat service is available for access patrons who are unable to reach the bars.
Toilets
Women’s and Men’s toilets are both available on the Stalls level. A shared accessible toilet is located next to the easy access entrance.
