Getting into the Venue
Access to the Laura Pels Theatre is step-free, and there is elevator access to both the Orchestra and Mezzanine. There is also an escalator that takes visitors from the second level to the theater lobby.Please note that the elevator to the Orchestra will leave you backstage. Once in both the Orchestra and Mezzanine sections, there are some steps between rows.
Customer Assistance
Theater staff are able to assist with moving through the Laura Pels Theater to your seats.There are four wheelchair spaces in Orchestra Row P and one in Mezzanine Row PP, and companion seats available nearby. For wheelchair transfers, Orchestra F1 - 2 and H1 - 2 and Mezzanine CC1 are suitable.
Assisted listening devices, hearing Loop technology and a Sign Assisted Series for d/Deaf and HoH customers are available. Contact Audience Services below for more information.
Refreshments are available at Jodi’s Lounge and in the Bruce Mitchell Lobby. Staff can assist with purchasing drinks and snacks.
Accessible restrooms are located on the Orchestra level of the theater.
