Customer Assistance

A unisex wheelchair accessible restroom is located on the main level of the Music Box Theatre. Other restrooms can be found in the lower lounge one floor below the Orchestra, as well as on Mezzanine level. These are not accessible. In the ticket lobby, a lower counter is available with assistance from staff. Please be aware that staff may be unable to provide assistance to patrons where there are steps into or inside the theater, so it is advised that you attend with a companion where possible.
