Getting into the Venue
The Other Palace main entrance is situated on Palace Street and is level access from the street. There is an accessible ramp with handrails in place to reach the foyer and Box Office. A drop-off point is located outside the theatre.Once inside the foyer, there is a customer lift to access the studio space and restaurant. There is level access to the main auditorium.
Customer Assistance
Staff are on hand to assist with navigation throughout the theatre. The Other Palace is fully accessible for wheelchair users.Transfers are available into fixed aisle seats and it is recommended that wheelchair users bring a companion. Staff are able to store wheelchairs for the duration of the performance. An at-seat service is available for patrons who are unable to access the bars.
How to Book
For those who require special assistance or wish to book wheelchair spaces, it is important to book in advance and notify the theatre of any special requirements. Section Accessibility
Stalls
The Stalls are level access from the foyer and is the only seating section in the theatre. There are 6 wheelchair spaces available per performance, situated in the back in Row N. The auditorium has a steep rake and it is recommended that those with limited mobility sit towards the rear of the Stalls, in Row M and N. Transfers are available to aisle seats in the rear of the Stalls. Please note that steps will be involved.
Extra legroom can be found on the aisle seats at either end of Row G.
