Getting into the VenueWyndham’s Theatre's main entrance is located on Charing Cross Road, with a step up from street level to foyer. The foyer is accessible through double doors which are constantly manned.
An alternative entrance to wheelchair spaces in the Royal Circle Boxes is available on Charing Cross Road. Once inside this entrance, accessible seating in Box A can be reached via the lift. This venue is not suitable for electric wheelchairs or for those who are unable to be get out of their wheelchairs.

Wheelchair spaces and transfers are available in Box A and staff are trained to assist in transferring wheelchair users up and down steps. Staff are able to store wheelchairs for the duration of the performance. Patrons who require help must notify staff beforehand. It is recommended that wheelchair users bring a companion. An at-seat service is available for patrons who are unable to access the bars.

The Grand Circle is accessible via 40 steps up from the theatre foyer, with handrails in place. This section is not recommended for those with limited mobility.
