Getting into the Venue

Upon arrival at the Circle in the Square Theatre, staff will escort wheelchair patrons to a nearby accessible entrance situated in an adjacent building. Accessible toilets are also located in this building and require staff assistance to use throughout your visit to the venue.

Customer Assistance

Dedicated access staff will be on hand at the Circle in the Square Theatre to assist patrons throughout their visit. Due to the complex entry requirements via an adjacent building, it is recommended that those with specific access requirements arrive to the theatre with plenty of time prior to the performance. Access bathroom facilities are available with staff assistance. Orders for drinks and snacks can also be placed with staff inside the auditorium.

Patrons with specific access requirements should call Telecharge's dedicated access booking line on 866-300-9761 to discuss their needs and purchase access tickets. It is recommended that access patrons try to book in advance and they should notify the box office team of any special assistance required ahead of their visit.

Audio description devices are available for every performance at Circle in the Square Theatre, alongside hand-held captioning devices for patrons who are deaf or hard of hearing. In order to access these devices, speak to the dedicated representative at the Audience Services desk upon entry to the venue.
