Getting into the Venue
The main entrance to Westside Theatre is at 407 West 43rd Street. From the street, the lobby and box office are accessible via a ramp and automatic door into the building.Westside Theatre Upstairs is on the second floor. There is one flight of stairs with 21 steps up to the theater’s entrance and restrooms, and a further nine steps to get into the auditorium (closest rows are F and G). The aisle has two steps up or down to each row with handrails.
If you arrive late, you will need to use the rear entrance of the theater which has an additional flight of stairs with 18 steps, and a further five steps into the auditorium.
Westside Theatre Upstairs does not have an elevator, and is not wheelchair accessible.
Customer Assistance
Staff cannot assist with stairs, so you are recommended to attend with a companion where possible.Restrooms are on the second floor of the theater, up 21 steps. The women’s restroom is fully accessible and men’s partially accessible. A unisex, wheelchair accessible restroom is on the first floor (lobby). Restrooms are open one hour before the performance starts.
The concession stand is on the second floor, next to the auditorium and restroom. Service to the first floor is available on request.
Assistive Listening Devices are available on a first come, first served basis and ID is required as a deposit.
