ABBA Arena features 34 accessible seats across five sections, with a mix of wheelchair spaces and ambulatory seating. These sections are located behind the front seating blocks, in a raised position so the view of the performance is perfectly clear.

Each accessible seat at ABBA Arena is paired with a companion seat that can be booked free of charge.

    Getting into the Venue

ABBA Arena has been built with accessibility as a major priority, so all key areas of the venue are easily accessible for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility. The entrance, foyer, bars and toilets have step-free access and there are lower, easy-access counters at the bars where pre-ordered drinks can be collected. If you are travelling via public transport, Pudding Mill Station on the DLR line is located opposite the arena and has step-free access.

    Accessible Parking

10 on-site Blue Badge parking spaces are available with easy access to the venue. These must be reserved in advance by emailing access@abbavoyage.com.

    Customer Assistance

Staff at ABBA Arena will be on hand to guide you throughout the venue and lend assistance if required. Dedicated Access Staff attend every performance and should make themselves known to you before the concert starts in case there is anything they can help with during the show.
