Getting into the Venue

Step-free access is available at Tottenham Court Road underground station for the Central, Elizabeth and Northern lines. It is a 4 minute walk from Tottenham Court Road station to the theatre. If driving, check http://www.parkingforbluebadges.com/ or the Q-Park website for disabled parking nearby.

There is step-free access from the street to the foyer of Soho Place via the main entrance, and lifts to every level of the theatre. Wheelchair spaces and companion seats are in Stalls row D24 and 25, and D39 and 40.

There are 28 steps up from the foyer to the Stalls, 46 steps up from the foyer to the First Balcony, and 64 steps up from the foyer to the Second Balcony. In the Stalls, some seats in the back two rows are high seats; these are not recommended for patrons with limited mobility because they are more difficult to get on and off.

Customer Assistance

Staff are available to help throughout the building, and it is best to arrive as early as possible for a smooth entry to the auditorium.

If attending with a guide dog or hearing dog, the theatre can offer a dog sitting service for up to two dogs at a time. You can also take your assistance dog into the auditorium. You will need to make the theatre aware of this when booking.

There is a unisex adaptable toilet on every level of the theatre and Ladies and Gents toilets on each level except the Stalls. Bars are also on each level, with step-free access or assisted ordering.

How to Book

Access customers can choose up to two seats per performance at a discounted rate of 50% off per person, including wheelchair spaces, end of aisle seats in the Stalls and First Balcony, and central row seats in the Stalls.

If you need further assistance, or to book, contact the Access team by phone on 0330 333 5962 or email on access@sohoplace.org.
