Accessible Seat Without Photos
SeatPlan is on a mission to get a photo from every seat to help more theatregoers enjoy theatre! We reward our users with more points for seats that need photos the most.
Getting into the Venue
The Victoria Palace main entrance is situated on Victoria Street. There is one 3cm step up through double swing doors from street to foyer. A drop-off point is located on Victoria Street. An alternative step-free entrance is to the left of the theatre on Allington Street, which leads directly to the rear of the Stalls auditorium.
All sections of the theatre must be reached by stairs, all of which are highlighted with handrails.
Customer Assistance
Staff are on hand to assist with navigation throughout the theatre and must be notified if customers wish to use the alternative entrance. Staff carry RADAR keys to access the adapted facilities.
Transfers are available to any aisle seat in the Stalls and wheelchair users must bring a companion. Staff are able to store up to 4 wheelchairs per performance. At-seat service is available for patrons who are unable to access the bars.
How to Book
For those who request special assistance or wish to book wheelchair spaces, it is important to book in advance and notify the theatre of any special requirements. Wheelchair users and their companions are eligible for significant ticket discounts.
