Customers who require assistance must contact the Theatre Manager on arrival, or otherwise notify a member of the Front of House staff. Up to 4 wheelchair/scooter users can transfer into aisle seats in the Stalls. Those who wish to transfer must bring a companion to assist them.

A maximum of 4 wheelchairs can be stored in the cloakroom. An at-seat service is available for access patrons.

    How to Book

Access patrons must contact the Adelphi Theatre via the customer services line to book wheelchair spaces. If you are a wheelchair user and would prefer to transfer into an aisle seat, it is important to contact the Adelphi prior to your visit in order to notify staff and check availability.
