Getting into the Venue

The Ambassadors Theatre is situated next to the St Martin’s Theatre. There is one small step down to the theatre foyer from street level.

All sections of the theatre must be accessed via stairs, which have handrails and highlighted steps. There are no customer lifts available.

Customer Assistance

Customers must notify a member of staff upon arrival, should they require assistance.

Due to spatial restrictions, the Ambassadors Theatre cannot accommodate wheelchair users who wish to remain in their seats. Wheelchair transfers are available to any seats with armrests or in the aisle. Staff are available for assistance, however it is mandatory that a companion is brought, as staff are not permitted to assist with transfers. Wheelchairs can be stored in the foyer during performances.

There is an at-seat service for those who are unable to access the bars. Staff must be notified prior to the show commencing.

How to Book

Those who require specific access or seating requirements must book directly through the Ambassadors Box Office. It is important to contact the theatre prior to your visit in order to notify staff and check availability. There is an access discount which brings any ticket down to £25 for both the patron and their companion.
