Getting into the VenueThe Ambassadors Theatre is situated next to the St Martin’s Theatre. There is one small step down to the theatre foyer from street level.
All sections of the theatre must be accessed via stairs, which have handrails and highlighted steps. There are no customer lifts available.
Customer AssistanceCustomers must notify a member of staff upon arrival, should they require assistance.
Due to spatial restrictions, the Ambassadors Theatre cannot accommodate wheelchair users who wish to remain in their seats. Wheelchair transfers are available to any seats with armrests or in the aisle. Staff are available for assistance, however it is mandatory that a companion is brought, as staff are not permitted to assist with transfers. Wheelchairs can be stored in the foyer during performances.
There is an at-seat service for those who are unable to access the bars. Staff must be notified prior to the show commencing.
How to BookThose who require specific access or seating requirements must book directly through the Ambassadors Box Office. It is important to contact the theatre prior to your visit in order to notify staff and check availability. There is an access discount which brings any ticket down to £25 for both the patron and their companion.

The Stalls can be accessed via 26 steps down from the foyer, with handrails and highlighted steps in place. There is no customer lift and this section is not recommended for those with limited mobility.
Due to the intimacy of the theatre, this section does not offer good legroom.
The Circle is located 5 steps up from the foyer, with handrails and highlighted steps. This section is suitable for those with limited mobility, or for wheelchair users who wish to be transferred into a seat.
