    Getting into the Venue

The Lyceum Theatre main entrance is located on Wellington Street and is up 3 steps to the lower foyer, without handrails. There is a drop-off point located outside of the entrance to the theatre.

An alternative wheelchair accessible entrance is through a double exit door situated at the front of the theatre on Wellington Street, to the left of the five main doors. This entrance is clearly marked and provides level access via a gentle slope past the accessible toilets, towards the Stalls bar and Stalls seating.

Lift facilities are available to all levels of the theatre and are located via the entrance on Exeter Street. There is level access to the Stalls, but all other sections of the theatre must be reached via stairs.

    Customer Assistance

For those who wish to use the accessible entrance, the Doorman must be notified upon arrival. Staff are on hand to assist with navigation and for those wishing to transfer. Those wishing to transfer from either a wheelchair or a scooter must bring a companion and must notify the Box Office at the time of booking. Transfers are available to any aisle seat in the Stalls.

An at-seat service is available for access patrons.

    How to Book

For those who require special assistance or wish to book wheelchair spaces and transfers, it is important to book in advance and notify the theatre of any special requirements. Concessionary tickets are available for wheelchair users, transfers and for those with restricted mobility who must sit in the Stalls. One companion is also entitled to purchase a ticket for the same discounted price.

For further information, ticket bookings and assistance please call 0333 009 6690 or 0333 009 5399 (direct line), or email lyceumboxoffice@atgentertainment.com.
