Dress Circle Guide
The Dress Circle offers clear, unobstructed views throughout the seating and feels low and close to the stage. The section is divided into a main central block, with slips running either side of the horseshoe-shaped balcony. Slips provide side views of the stage and should only be chosen if discounted.
There is no safety rail to block the front rows, and the decent rake ensures that audience members will not block the view. Legroom is particularly limited in the first two rows, and those who require extra legroom should sit at the ends of rows.
The Grand Circle overhang affects those in the final four rows and slightly cuts off the top of the stage.
Bars
Sam’s Bar is situated behind the foyer and down 7 steps. Alternatively, there is street access to Sam’s Bar from Catherine Street, via 3 steps or by wheelchair lift. The Shubert Bar is also available 29 steps up from the foyer.
Toilets
Women’s and Men’s toilets can be found on the Dress Circle level. There is an adapted toilet available at this level, with street access from Catherine Street.
