I've seen Jersey Boys once before and was impressed by the slick incorporation of the songs into the narrative. Its a typical feel good musical and I'd highly recommend. The cast are fantastic - extremely coordinated and hold the stage well - and the musicians are talented bunch of people. I'm sad Jersey Boys is closing, as seeing this again reminded me how good a show it is. Definitely catch it whilst you can!
    Sat in Stalls A7
This seat comes with a restricted view warning (Jersey Boys) due to the staircase that is right in front of this seat but in all honesty, all you miss is a couple of moments on top of the walkway which are minimal and do not impact on the narrative of the show. At the price I got this ticket for, I'd happily sit here again. I felt so close to the actors and could really appreciate the choreography and emotion within the show. Another plus of this seat is the legroom as there is no seat in front of you. It's a perfect seat if you're trying to see a show on a budget though I imagine with a different show this seat's price is likely to increase.

This was the 7th time I have seen this show and definitely won't be the last. Tells a great true story of the Jersey boys (Frankie Valli and the four seasons) great music which leaves you feeling uplifted. Actors are spot on and the setting is great to. A must see show.
Although the last row of Grand Circle I had a great view of all the stage was quite a steep rake so had no trouble with heads in front of my view. Seat was fairly comfortable not a lot of floor room but legs didn't feel cramped due to the steep rake the next row of seats were much lower so legs were not crushed on back of a seat.

Adore this show! Seen many times, flawless!
As I have seen this show many times, I wasn't fussed about the 'perfect' view as I'm aware the screen/projections aren't too valuable to the story being told. If you want the full experience (at least for Jersey Boys) the back wall is completely missed where the videos are, but they aren't anything revolutionary to the plot, nor is it involved in any of the action on stage - simply adds to the set. It is a reasonable price for this seat, and having sat in the grand circle for the first time I'd definitely sit here again. It's a little tight logistically, but the view is fine.

We thoroughly enjoyed the show, it was wonderful. All the cast were excellent and gave a great performance. The likenes of sound of the cast singing compared to the original Four Seasons songs was incredible. Wonderful to hear so many of the great iconic songs from the back catalogue and so well performed. The set was very simple and was used to great effect. Frequent scene changes were seamless and without interrupting the flow of the show by simple lighting changes and moving portions of the set in the blink of an eye. At times it was difficult to follow the story line which is a biopic mainly of Frankie Valli. However this did not detract from our enjoyment of the show and we left at the end feeling very uplifted having enjoyed an excellent performance which was very entertaining.
Not all of the stage for this show (Jersey Boys) was visible without adjusting my seating position as the safety rail at the lower edge of the balcony and occupants of lower seats partially obscured my view. I felt the seats were narrow and a bit cramped, my husband who is 6' tall found the leg room a bit restricted. But I enjoyed the show immensely.
Some moments of action happen on a high piece of set which is best viewed from the centre of the Stalls or the middle of the Dress Circle. Those who want to feel up close and personal with the band on stage may enjoy sitting in the first few rows of the Stalls.

Jersey Boys is more than just a jukebox musical; it is the Tony and Laurence Olivier Award winning production that tells the tale of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons as if from the perspective of the band members themselves.

Following a hugely successful opening on Broadway, Jersey Boys arrived on the West End in 2008 and has been a firm audience favourite since.

The show tells the tale of one of the world's most successful pop bands throughout their many stages of success and hardship. At the beginning, the "Jersey boys" are four down on their luck lads who are in and out of prison and from here, the audience watch how these men manage to turn their luck around in spite of their inner demons.

Jersey Boys was developed under the leadership of original Four Seasons band member, Bob Guadio, who hired writers Rick Elice and Marshall Brickman to pen the book. Directed by Des McAnuff, Jersey Boys promises to be very much a true to life portrayal of life in the band.

You do not need to be a Four Seasons fan to enjoy the fantastic music in the show, which includes the vast majority of the quartet's hit songs such as "Sherry," "December 1963 (Oh What a Night!)" "Big Girls Don't Cry," "Can't Take My Eyes off You," and "Bye, Bye, Baby, Goodbye."

Jam packed with hit tunes, an eye catching set and expert choreography, Jersey Boys makes for one of the most fun nights out in London.
Suitable For
Fans of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons will love hearing the iconic songs performed live while getting the inside scoop on the group. If you enjoy a juke box musical about a band then this is the ideal show for you. Fans of Sunny Afternoon or those who enjoyed Let It Be but wished it had a bit more of a story will not be disappointed. Please note this show is recommended for ages 12+ due to strong language and adult themes.
