    Let It Be Tickets

    Prince of Wales Theatre

Let It Be is a fantastic ode to the music and career of the world’s best known band; The Beatles. Presented by a real four-piece tribute band on stage band, Let It Be is as close to being at a Beatles concert as you can get these days. “Twist and Shout” to your heart's content!

Created as a 50th anniversary ode to the biggest and most successful British pop band of all time, Let It Be has been a huge hit with audiences and critics alike.

Spread chronologically over the ten years in which The Beatles were a band, Let It Be features some of the quartet’s major stage appearances such as at The Cavern Club in Liverpool, The Royal Variety Performance in London, at The Shea Stadium in New York and the Abbey Road rooftop set – the last time the band ever played together.

Let It Be is presented in more of a concert form than a traditional piece of theatre, with the show’s main focus being the memorable music rather than charting the journey of the band through drama. On top of the music, historic footage from the band’s tours compliment the action on stage, complete with classic clips of the swathes of screaming girls the band attracted!

Fans of The Beatles will recognise the iconic Beatles “looks” over the decades, the most elaborate of which being the colourful outfits of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. Whilst you may not have been able to see the awesome foursome in their heyday, the careful costume work and lifelike wigs coupled with the pitch perfect music on stage will certainly make you feel like you have.

With over 40 songs spread across two acts, the show features all the best loved Beatles chart toppers such as “I Want To Hold Your Hand”, “A Hard Day’s Night”, “Yesterday”, “We Can Work It Out”, “Twist and Shout”, “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band”, “All You Need Is Love”, “When I’m Sixty Four”, “Come Together”, “Hey Jude”, and of course “Let It Be”. With so many hits jam-packed across just two hours, Let It Be is a great night out for any Beatles fan!
