Broadway Shows in April 2026

Spring Break gets underway this month, making April 2026 one of the best times to book a ticket for teen-friendly theater shows in New York. Two of the best Broadway musicals for your middle and high schoolers are SIX and & Juliet, lifting dusty History and English classes off the page with a fun pop twist. We recommend booking for some of the top modern musicals currently playing on Broadway too, including the ever-popular Hadestown, which is unlike anything else in Theaterland, or the campy and hilarious Tony-winning musical Death Becomes Her, based on the cult classic movie. It's also the start of a fresh season of work, with plenty of brand-new shows to be announced. Plus, catch Wallace Shawn's What We Did Before Our Moth Days off-Broadway before it closes this month.

You can also plan ahead for the start of summer with the best Broadway shows in May and June.
