Getting into the VenueThe Cort Theatre is accessible step-free from street level to the lobby and Orchestra at 138 West 48th Street.
All wheelchair spaces and companion seats are in the Orchestra, which is completely step-free. There are also transfer seats across the section.
The Mezzanine is up two flights of stairs with an additional two steps down to each row. Entrance is behind row H. The Balcony is a further flight of stairs up, with entrance behind row F and two steps down to each row. In both sections, handrails are available at every stepped row.
There are no elevators or escalators at this venue.
Customer AssistanceTheater representatives may be unable to assist patrons to their seats, so it is best to attend with a companion where possible.
Restrooms at the Cort Theatre are located down one flight of stairs (19 steps). These are not wheelchair accessible; patrons with limited mobility can use restrooms at the Renaissance Hotel, mezzanine level (7th Avenue and 48th Street).
A wheelchair accessible unisex restroom is located on the lobby level. Other restrooms are up 20 steps, between the Orchestra and Mezzanine. These are not accessible for wheelchairs.
The Cort Theatre provides at-seat service for drinks and refreshments.

The Cort Theatre Orchestra is completely step-free for all patrons. There are around seven wheelchair spaces at each performance, located in the back rows of the section. Each wheelchair space has up to three companion seats also available to purchase. A further five transfer seats with folding armrests are located at the sides and back rows of the Orchestra, with one companion seat next to each.

There are three transfer seats in the Balcony, located at the rear and close to the entrance in rows G and H. Each transfer seat has one companion seat available to purchase.
