Broadway is preparing for Christmas as Home For the Holidays opens at the August Wilson Theatre. Featuring Candice Glover, Josh Kaufman and Danny Aiello, this modern mashup of festive favorites is sure to get you in the holiday mood.
Billed as a variety performance from some of the greatest modern voices, Home For the Holidays will feature an eight-piece rhythm-and-brass band accompanying talent show stars Candice Glover (American Idol), Josh Kaufman (The Voice) and Bianca Ryan(America's Got Talent).
As they belt out modern renditions of “O Come All Ye Faithful”, “All I Want for Christmas Is You” and more, audiences can enjoy seasonal narration from The Bachelorette’s Kaityln Bristowe and nostalgic reminiscences from actor and musician Danny Aiello.
Further casting includes YouTube and a cappella stars Peter and Evynne Hollens.
Home For the Holidays on Broadway features creative and music direction from Jonathan Tessero (The Lyons), alongside wardrobe stylist James Brown III.
